- No one was injured when this late model mini-van erupted in flames near the top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park around 4:30 p.m. Monday. The occupants, a couple from Michigan, escaped unharmed, but the vehicle was a total loss. The summit road was closed for about two hours while rangers dealt with the incident.
