BAR HARBOR — Kebo Valley Golf Club has two benefit events coming up in September.
On Sept. 8, Kebo will partner with the University of Maine hockey program to host the Fairways FORE Food Scramble. The event will benefit Bar Harbor Food Pantry and Healthy Life Café.
Registration for the event is $100 and will be held at noon the day of the event. The 18-hole scramble is scheduled for a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start.
Another 18-hole scramble, the fourth annual Golf for Alzheimer’s, will be held Sept. 25. Benefits from the tournament, which is being hosted by Birch Bay Retirement Village, will benefit the Maine chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Registration for Golf for Alzheimer’s will be held at 11:30 a.m. the day of the event.
