100th partners list is growing

To the Editor:

Thank you very much for the excellent coverage of Acadia National Park’s Centennial throughout every issue of the Mount Desert Islander and especially in the “Acadia National Park at 100: A Centennial Celebration” supplement.

We greatly appreciate the outpouring of community support for Acadia during this special anniversary. More than 400 businesses, organizations and individuals have become Acadia Centennial Partners. I wanted to mention a few partners whom I accidentally omitted from the partner list supplied to the Islander, as well as partners whose applications were in process as the Centennial supplement was being printed.
