PERC took the trash from over 115 cities/towns in eastern Maine and made most of it into electricity. Fiberight was supposed to be better but, after several years of failure by the MRC and several plant operators, the majority of that trash is and has been going into the landfill in Old Town.

It should be obvious that the MRC has failed and now should be the time to quit a losing cause and go back to a plan that works. If all towns under contract to MRC would go back to PERC, I think they would expand to handle the trash as they were doing before the Fiberight flop.
