SOUTHWEST HARBOR — Health coach and certified fitness trainer Jackie Carroll will give a wellness presentation at the Southwest Harbor Public Library on Saturday, Feb. 13, at 11 a.m.
Carroll will share indicators of healthy aging and cover toxic “waist” – waist size versus weight while explaining the importance of getting the appropriate measurement of your waist. She will discuss body types and bodies with or without movement. She also will show how to incorporate three components of exercise into your routine each day. All are welcome.
