TREMONT — The artwork of Ginny Lane will be featured at the Bass Harbor Memorial Library in Bernard during the month of September. A reception for the artist will be held on Thursday, Sept. 10, from 4:30-6 p.m.
Lane lives in Bernard as a summer resident and pursues her art career full time. Growing up, she vacationed every summer at her grandparents’ home in Seal Cove. “We love the quiet side of the island and the artsy community here in Bernard.” Lane loves to paint Maine landscapes, sail and play tennis. You can see her art at The Old Red Store in Bernard and in her studio by appointment.
