Bar Harbor Whale Watch captain Larry Nuesslien operated a drone equipped with a camera from the pilot boat Frenchman Bay last month. He captured video of the pilot boat meeting the Holland America cruise ship Veendam to deliver a harbor pilot.
“It’s so cool to get that different perspective that a bird has,” Nuesslien said.
