“Lobsterting and the Maine Coast” exhibit to open at Maine Maritime Museum



BATH — A new permanent exhibit at the Maine Maritime Museum called “Lobstering and the Maine Coast” is set to open in July. An important component of the exhibit will be a display of buoys donated by lobstermen from up and down the coast.

Lobstermen who would like to share a buoy (and their story) for inclusion in the exhibit may contact Hall for details at [email protected]ritimeme.org or at 443-1316, ext. 326. Buoys may be left at the museum, 243 Washington St., with MLA board members or at any Brooks Trap Mill location.
