Teachers sought for community classes

BAR HARBOR — Would you like to teach a class in aromatherapy, orienteering or how to make a solar oven?

If so, Mount Desert Island Adult and Community Education wants to hear from you. The program’s director, Anne Patterson, is planning classes for the fall semester and lining up instructors. Among the classes that need teachers are automotive basics, welding, woodworking, photography, cooking and crafts.

Anyone interested in teaching should contact Patterson at [email protected] or 288-4703 by Aug. 15.
