BAR HARBOR — 236,223 project to replace and rebuild the railing and wall system around the municipal pier is underway.
Gardiner Construction Enterprises Inc. was the low bidder on the job, which includes replacement of the concrete knee walls and footings, electrical upgrades and infrastructure improvements for future boat pump out facility.
