Open house set at Acadia Family Center

SOUTHWEST HARBOR — Acadia Family Center will hold an open house at 1 Fernald Point Road to celebrate the completion of their new expansion on Tuesday, March 6, from 5-7 p.m.

The public is welcome to walk through the new addition, learn about the new offerings in the community room, hear about programs and treatment options available at the center, and meet members of the board of directors and the AFC staff.

AFC’s resident art therapist also will lead an arts and crafts activity in her new art studio. Refreshments will be served.

Acadia Family Center is a licensed mental health and substance abuse treatment agency providing outpatient treatment as well as alcohol and drug prevention education on MDI and the surrounding communities.
