New street signs

SOUTHWEST HARBOR — The Maine Local Roads Program will be providing Southwest Harbor with 45 new street signs at a cost to the town of only $4.88 per sign.

The retro-reflective signs are required by the state because they are more highly visible than traditional signs at night. The new signs will replace existing stop, speed limit and other traffic control signs.
