NEW BEGINNING … The Rt. Rev. Stephen Lane, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Maine, officiates at the reconsecration service for St. Mary’s Chapel in Northeast Harbor on Sunday. Four years ago, it was discovered that the chapel, built in 1986, had serious structural problems. A $723,000 restoration, which included replacing the roof and second floor and completely renovating the first floor, was recently completed.
