BAR HARBOR — One of the town’s fleet of police cruisers was struck in an act of overnight vandalism.
According to Sgt. Shaun Farrar, somebody through a two-foot-long piece of metal through the driver’s side window of a patrol car while it was parked behind the police station.
The vandalism to the 2012 Dodge Charger was discovered at 4 a.m. Wednesday morning by Lt. James Pinkham when he went out to the back parking lot.
Police are investigating.
