Stanley Subaru launches service department expansion project

TRENTON — Stanley Subaru is undertaking a large expansion project that will more than double the size of its service department.

The dealership, which has been in business for more than 16 years, said there have sometimes been long wait times for service appointments as both the business and Ellsworth community have grown in recent years.

That, in turn, prompted the business to look at expansion.

“Over the course of this year, we will more than double our service stalls, our equipment, and our capacity to maintain and repair your vehicles,” the dealership said in a recent letter to its customers.

The project will also entail updating and enhancing the lounge for customers and the waiting areas.

Anyone who is interested can track the progress of the project on Stanley Subaru’s Facebook or Twitter pages or on its website,

Stanley Subaru is located at 22 Bar Harbor Road (Route 3), just south of the Ellsworth city line.
