Bowden retires from Mainely Vinyl; Wagstaff, Bobb join team

For 32 of the 35 years Mainely Vinyl has done business in Downeast Maine, Ed Bowden was on the road meeting customers and helping them with home improvement projects, siding, windows, doors, insulation, gutters, garage doors and decks.

Bowden has retired. After an extensive search, Mainely Vinyl has hired Todd Wagstaff.

Todd Wagstaff

Wagstaff grew up in Trenton and graduated from MDI High School. After graduation, he worked for area contractors before starting his own business in 2000. He now lives in Ellsworth with his wife, Beth, and their two children, Conner and Hannah. Wagstaff is active in the Ellsworth community with Challenger Little League and Downeast Adaptive Youth Recreation.

Also new to Mainely Vinyl is Corey Bobb. Bobb comes to Mainely Vinyl with an extensive knowledge of the building trades. He has worked at Home Depot, Applicators Sales and Granville Lumber.

Bobb will be scheduling work and overseeing crews. In his spare time, Bobb is director of Piscataquis County Special Olympics. He also coaches baseball, basketball and soccer in Brewer, where he resides with his wife, Kristin, and their three children Everett, Olivia and Carter.
