Winter wildlife

TREMONT — Naturalist Lynn Havsall will talk about winter wildlife signs at the Bass Harbor Memorial Library in Bernard on Saturday, Feb. 10, from 2-4 p.m.

Those who have seen a burrow under the tree roots, who have found some mysterious scat on a trail, who have seen tracks in the snow or remnants of berries, seeds or even some feathers or bones and wondered what kind of animals had been there are encouraged to attend this primer on how to look for and notice the animal signs all around us.
