Simon to explore the Bard’s beat

SOUTHWEST HARBOR — The Barn Arts Collective’s Andrew Simon will talk about the relationship between rhythm and meaning in Shakespearean verse at the Southwest Harbor Public Library on Tuesday, April 10, from 5:30-7 p.m.

Participants will learn how to identify these rhythmic patterns and use them to reveal the motivations of the Bard’s characters. No prior knowledge or experience with Shakespeare is required.

Space is limited, so preregistration is suggested. Call the library at 244-7065.
