Quilt to help At Home MDI

BAR HARBOR — Island Quilters gave At Home Mount Desert Island a quilt to raffle.

The quilt was presented on May 24 to representatives of the At Home Program. Raffle tickets will be available at various island locations throughout the summer and fall. The queen-sized quilt reflecting the theme of home will be on display at a variety of locations for viewing.

A local island program of WHCA, At Home MDI is a member-based, volunteer-supported, nonprofit program committed to providing older residents of Mount Desert Island towns with core services, empowering them to continue to live independently in their homes.
