‘Producers’ cast is set



ELLSWORTH — The cast of the Grand Auditorium production of “Mel Brooks’ The Producers,” scheduled to run from Oct. 14-30, has been announced.

The production team includes longtime Grand collaborator Ken Stack, stage director Michael Weinstein, music director Dana Ross and choreographer Sachi Cote.

The talented actors performing in this production are Paul Allen (Leo Bloom), Robin Jones (Max Bialystock), Steve Gormley (Franz Leibkind), Roland Dube (Roger De Bris), Jeffrey Servetas (Carmen Ghia), Ashley Terwilliger (Ulla) and Andrea Littlefield (Hold Me, Touch Me).

The chorus includes Jon Wood, Steve Estey, Steve Robbins, Deanna Rice, Whitney Pierson, Demelza Ramirez, Shay Haase, Bonnie Hardy, Kim Packie Duffy, Sue Gormley, Ilona Rankin, Kate Hall and Tim Searchfield.

The show includes songs like “We Can Do It,” “Prisoners of Love” and “Springtime for Hitler.”

Tickets for this reserved-seating production cost $20 for adults, $18 for Grand members, $12 for students 13-17 and $10 for youths 12 and under.
