The evening will begin with a social hour and silent auction. Some of the auction items include a birding expedition with Margot Haertel, a picnic on board a 37-foot Back Cove yacht captained by Susan and Jim Buck and a pizza party by the water at Seawall Point prepared by Beth Pfeiffer and John Foster on their wood-fired pizza oven.

Dinner will follow at 7 p.m. Entree choices include hanger steak, halibut or chickpea-tomato stew.

Tickets are $85 each and include wine, dinner, tax and gratuity. A cash bar will be available for those wanting something other than wine. $25 of the ticket price is tax deductible.

Seating is limited. Reservations are a must. Call the library at 244-7065.
