SOUTHWEST HARBOR — “Home-Land-Waters,” the September Art in Public Spaces exhibit at the Southwest Harbor Public Library, gives a nod to the Acadia National Park Centennial with artwork by people who live and work in the area and with their depictions of the homes, the lands and the waters that surround or are part of the park.
Featured artists include Beth G. Lambert, Liddy Hubbell, Linda Rowell Kelly and Roberta Sprague. Much of the work will be for sale, with 20 percent of the proceeds going to the library.
The show runs through Sept. 30. All are invited to a reception to meet the artists on Wednesday, Sept. 21, from 5-6:30 p.m.
