SOUTHWEST HARBOR — The Wendell Gilley Museum presents an open house and carving show Sunday, Dec. 16 from noon to 4 p.m.
“Flocks of marbled godwits, cardinals and puffins will land at the Gilley, drawn in by vibrant art by local student artists,” a statement from the museum said. “Join us to celebrate new carvings by museum members, watercolors by 5th and 6th graders from local schools, and puffins by students from the Schoodic Arts For All after-school program.”
The open house will include live music, food and drink, and great art. Admission is free. Contact 244-7555 or [email protected]. Visit wendellgilleymuseum.org.
