Expect to hear some of the all-time favorites from Lewis’ vast repertoire, including “Snow Queen with the Cold, Cold Heart,” “Alice the Camel” and others. These stories are appropriate for kids of all ages.

“Kids aren’t required, so bring yourself if you can’t find any kids,” said Lewis.

Also on tap for this all-day event is Library Bingo. All children who want to play can pick up a Library Bingo card from Mae Corrion in the Children’s Room. Each box on the bingo card describes an item you can find in the library. The object of the game is to find as many items as possible and mark them on the card, then bring the card to Corrion or one of the other librarians. Small prizes will be awarded to those who find the most items. Library Bingo will go on all day, so come in any time on Feb. 7 to play.
