BAR HARBOR — Campfire stories will be shared at the Jesup Memorial Library on Thursday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. Roast marshmallows, make s’mores and gather around the campfire to share your best stories.
“Campfire Stories” is a project from husband-and-wife team Dave and Ilyssa Kyu. They are traveling the country visiting national parks to hear the tall tales and fables that entertain and make connections to the land. They are spending a month in Acadia National Park to start their journey.
The Kyus make up the Kyu Collective, an art and design studio based in Philadelphia. Their work explores the connection between art, design, nature and communities.
